  • We currently deliver across select locations in India.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped thereafter.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier availability.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once plants or perishable items have been delivered.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at terrario.1.com@gmail.com with clear photos.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a suitable replacement or resolution.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.

  • Once processing begins, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
